311

Baltimore 3-1-1 is a tool that allows Baltimore residents and visitors to access a variety of essential city services and information. This can be anything from reporting a pothole, illegal dumping, or noise violations.

Reports can be made by:

  • Getting assistance from a live agent by calling 311

  • Reporting the issue online or through the 311 app.

In the event that a request has gone past its Expected Resolution Date, 311 service tracking numbers can be provided to your City Council representative so that they can follow up with the appropriate agency staff.
